Hi, whenever i log into the game, it's always starting from the previous starting point, no mater how much i have played after that. what should I do? Thought that if I deleted the game and played it again I could start over, but it again starts at the same level as I have finished it.

i have the exact same problem for over a month now
also the quests keep resetting no matter how long i play
i also tried to deactivate my facebook account wit no use please help
