Hello!

I've been attempting to get into Cityville for the past two days and can't. It seems every time I attempt to PLAY the game, it crashes my Adobe Flash Player. I can send gifts, look at my neighbors tab, click the HELP tab, etc ... it just crashes whenever I click PLAY.

• I have cleared my cache and tried again.
  
• I have downloaded the newest flash player.
  
• I have restarted my browser {FireFox}.
  
• I have restarted my laptop.
  
• I have removed the battery from my laptop - waited 15 minutes - and replaced the battery.
  
• ETA: I just attempted playing the game via Internet Explorer and both browsers on my other PC - and am unable to PLAY the game.

The flash player is working fine for every other game I play. So I know this is a Cityville specific issue. Any idea what might be going on?

I've got a major investment of City Cash into the game. I have one neighbor who hasn't been able to log in to her account for three weeks and hasn't heard a response from gameshs. If I'm not able to get back in to my account at all - is there a phone number I can call to discuss the matter? I don't mind if I have to start over from scratch - as long as I am compensated for all the City Cash I've purchased in the game.

YES * Have you tried all the other troubleshooting steps listed in this guide? Including restarting your computer?

* Are you receiving an errors with this issue? No error message - the flash player freezes my browser and all tabs, and then crashes.
* Please describe what you were doing, in as much detail as possible, when this issues occurred. - I have clicked the PLAY TAB to get into the game, and the game freezes. I am able to access all other tabs - just not play the game.

Just an update ... both Farmtown and Frontierville are running fine on my laptop and PC. So this is restricted to Cityville.

For a few days now i have had the same problem, it tells me to wait 10 seconds to load the game and if not my flash player isnt up to date. It just stays there with no progress and my flash player is the latest available.... any solutions??
