Can someone please tell me where I can find the welcome entrance. I have searched all through the market place and just can't find it. Where should I look?

Thanksgiving part 1: 3 of 3 will give you the option to place it.

I'm at Thanksgiving part 2: 2 of 3 and I have not had any welcome arch offered -- it is not in the market or in inventory -- the quest just says complete it.

The Welcome Arch was required to be placed in Part 1: 2 of 3 of the quest. If you are on Part 2, you should have finished Part 1 with the welcome arch placed on your estate.
